JJ was involved with every decision and part of this process to ensure our finished house was absolutely gorgeous. JJ would not settle for anything less than perfection! JJs staff, came in seconds post-flood, to restore our damages which resulted in stunning upgrades to our home. Jami DiMucci is the best designer in the business. Jami is an expert on all trends and classics. Jami spent countless hours on colors and décor that has made our home everything we want and more! Alexis Auricchio, was absolutely incredible in every phase of this process, and would not settle for anything less than perfect. Her communication was impeccable; she went above and beyond in our renovations. There are not enough words to express how phenomenal this company!!! Thank you-We have forever gratitude for you all!

Most amazing experience with a contractor ever! When our bathroom was flooded by an upstairs neighbor we were so worried about the construction that would follow. From the very start Barry and company were responsive, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and most importantly timely and clean! Never have we had such a wonderful experience with contractors before! From the first call to mitigate the damage until the last day of construction the response from this crew was amazing. Barry arrived at our home within hours of the damage and had dryers and dehumidifiers going to prevent mold build up. Within days a crew was at our home to pull down the damaged dry wall and spray to prevent mold. The demolition process was incredibly clean! I didn't even have to dust! As the process continues and we waited on insurance to process the claim, all questions were responded to and answered in a transparent and honest way. Barry, the work crews, the secretaries at the office each person was so honest, knowledgeable and responsive. When we finally got approval they were here and working within days! The crews that worked on our bathroom were not only skilled at their craft but incredibly clean and respectful of our home. And they were so very careful to make sure no cats escaped as they entered and exited out home! Throughout the construction process (which only took 2 days!) the crews arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of the day. You would never even know construction was happening in our home. We cant thank you enough. We also really appreciated how considerate everyone was of wearing a mask in the home. We never once had to ask anyone to put on their mask. My husband is severely immune compromised and it was such a relief to not have to worry about this. This has been such a wonderful experience and while we hope to never have to do this again it is extremely comforting to know there is actually a construction company out there who can get the job done right while caring about their customers. All Island Restoration was there for me from the time I discovered water gushing out of the shower to the basement. Alexis responded to all my calls with questions so very timely. Alexis helped guide me throughout the process of cleanup and even helped with my insurance claim. Alexis and the entire staff including Jay, the owner, and Tommy, the project manager, were prompt, courteous and mindful of my time and property. I cannot thank All Island Restoration for the professional and wonderful job theyve done for me and my boys. I would recommend All Island Restoration to anyone for sure.

Working with AIR has been wonderful from start to finish. It was really upsetting to have had a flood in our basement. They came right away to mitigate the issue and repairs were started pretty much right away. Barry was wonderful! He checked in with us throughout the whole process and came to check on the progress as the repairs were done to ensure things were going according to plan. He made sure the final product was up to our standards and that we were happy with all the work. Barry and his team really gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. Their work was phenomenal. I highly recommend using them!

Explaining the situation to Barry and jay couldn't be any easier . They listened and understood what had to be done and the time frame I had since I was in contract to sell the house . We have been working with All Island since the end of December when our family suffered a kitchen fire. We were fortunate to work closely with Barry. He made a tough situation better. He went above and beyond. Always accessible, always there with an answer. Never said NO- was always able to find a way. I would strongly recommend Barry at All Island.

DECEMBER 2020:Our family unfortunately had a kitchen fire Christmas morning everyone was safe and it was quickly put out but we had no idea how to begin to clean our belongings and regroup our lives after the fact. Thankfully our insurance placed us in the hands of All Island Restoration. From the very first phone call they put our minds at ease and have been absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for all of their assistance, attention to detail and kindness. Highly highly recommend! UPDATE MARCH 2021:We are just near the completion of our construction to put our home back to our before fire state. We could not have had a better experience!!! Barry was our project manager and supplied us with the most amazing, kind team whose attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship was beyond our expectation. Barry was kind, patient and always available to listen, answer any questions and was a daily presence in our home. He went above and beyond! We could not be happier. Our home is clean, safe and stunning!!!

Our neighbor's huge tree fell on the fence and side of our house during the August storm. You are never prepared for that. Who do you call? What do you do? I called the insurance company, and within a couple hours, All Island Restoration (AIR) called me and arranged for tree removal, tarp placement and water remediation (which thankfully was not needed). Within a few days, Barry showed up to write up their estimate on the damage. Insurance came a few days later and wrote their estimate as well. They dealt with my insurance for everything. Kristie, my point-person, was incredible. I was always able to text her pictures, updates, questions- day or night, weekday or weekend. She always got back to me right away and was so helpful in coordinating everything and keeping me in the loop. The best part about AIR is that they are a one stop shop. They send people to do everything- one crew did the roof, another sheet rocked and painted the damage in my kids' rooms (and cleaned up everything), another did the retaining wall, and another did the fence. Everything is as good as new, if not better. They made what was a very stressful situation bearable. I was hesitant because I had never heard of them, but look no further. Highly recommend them to anyone!

The best around! Unfortunately for me we had two incidents in the last year that needed a restoration company and AIR did an amazing job on both. If you want responsiveness, great quality work, and the feeling that your job is the most important project on their schedule then there is no other. Choose AIR. THANK YOU BARRY! Companies like this barely exist anymore. This wasn't just restoration, it was craftsmanship. After a devastating flood in my finished basement, 25 years worth of everything from children's toys to college projects, pool table, shelves, office work, our own stuff, and storage for my parents, it looked like it would be easier to move out of the house than to to ever restore this area. Then I was referred to All Island Restoration and will never call another company again. The clean up was enormous and done carefully with amazing attention to detail. Each piece worth saving was wrapped and carefully placed in designated areas of the house. We live on a hill, so we couldn't use a pod for what was left. Then began the restoration. My crew, Cowboy, Nick, Connor,and Eddie, with Barry's direction, communicated every step of the way. They worked their schedule around mine. They made picking out new material for floors, walls, paint, wainscotting ceiling tiles, and crown moulding easy by seeing my style and and not overwhelming me with choices....and all samples were brought to me. I did no running around from store to store. They brought ideas to the table that were cost-effective and added a custom look. They were the perfect balance of professionalism, experience, and friendly. If I left a message for Barry,or Amanda, they were back to me in ten minutes. I love my basement now! And as a Ps, a few days after completion, on a Sunday afternoon, a huge tree fell in my front yard, held up by only surrounding trees. I called Barry. He had Cowboy to my house within the hour, the tree safely down and cut into pieces, and then they were back the next morning to take the pieces away. All Island Restoration does it all for their customers..from trees to dormers, the detail in the work is second to none!

Our upstairs shower leaked into the kitchen at night.  The staff was quickly available to come to my house and open up the ceiling to figure out what the problem was.  They were a pleasure to work with!  Professional, courteous, respectful, kind and clean!  I have two small children and worried there would be pieces of the construction left behind, but this wasn't the case at all!  They cleaned up every speck of dust!  Thank you for the great work!!

We had a terrific experience with AIR. They were professional, hard working and very easy to work with. Amanda who sets all of the appointments was very professional and explained all aspects of reimbursement through home insurance. Barry was easily accessible and took care of all questions in a timely manner. Arturo was kind, hard working and a pleasure to have leading the crew. I highly recommend this company for restoration and renovation.

With the recent storm and not non-stop rain some of the shingles on my garage roof came off as well as the roof on the L.R. and den. My garage protects a very enduring automobile and shingles also protected my newly renovated living room etc. not to mention my family and pets. Within 30 minutes or less after calling my Ins. Co. Narragansett Bay an "ALL ISLAND RESTORATION" truck pulled up in front of the house led by "Cowboy" and proceeded to access the problem areas and had my home and garage as water tight as possible under some hazardous conditions. They were absolutely fantastic! They helped me navigate my claim with the insurance company, treated all of my belongings with utmost care and did a great job of treating my basement. I had a mold issue a year later (unrelated to the work they completed) and they loaned me an industrial dehumidifier for several weeks and gave me cleaning solution at no charge. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a leak in the skylight. All Island was very quick to respond to mitigate the damage and prevent further leaking. They let us know what they were doing and why they were doing it, every step of the way. We were very happy with their service.

I was so pleased with All Island Restoration. From the tree removal to the restoration of the living room and bathroom, Barry and his team were professional and thorough. All island did an amazing job on my kitchen. The whole thing was gutted and now it is a dream kitchen. Barry, the contractor in charge, is wonderful. His workers, especially Arturo, were all excellent in their knowledge of redoing a kitchen. They cleaned up everything each day, you hardly knew they were there. I would definitely use this company in the future and will recommend them as well.

After my basement flooded we got in contact with All Island Restoration immediately and the next morning they had someone at the house cleaning up the water with a team. Following this process you are referred to a Project Manager for the rebuild. I worked with mainly Alexis and she was the best!. She was empathetic which is so important in a time of the customers disarray of what happened. Her continuous communication and next steps always kept us hopeful that everything was going to workout and get fixed. That it was!! We love our new basement and Alexis took care of every step to get us here including all insurance company dealings. If Alexis was not available Barry helped us and he was awesome as well! Amazing company!!! Use this company if your basement floods. Jay, the owner, is amazing himself and so is his team!!

We had a bad kitchen leak and because we're on a slab it went undetected for a while. This team came in and took care of our clean up. Courteous and professional in every way. Owner even stopped by to check that we were satisfied. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend.

All Island Restoration made a stressful situation bearable by their professionalism, attention to details, and quick response to taking care of roof damage caused by a tree bough. Tommy Spinelli, Hector Ocasio, and the roof repair team addressed the problem and took care of it in record time with efficiency and respect for my home environment and pets. I would definitely recommend them for any home repair as well as construction needs.

I cannot be more satisfied with this contractor. Long story short I have a house that I inherited which has become my never-ending nightmare. Just when I thought I was close to closing, a pipe burst and my whole world basically came crashing down. Dealing with contractors, expeditors, attorneys, realtors, flippers, adjusters every single day by myself while raising a 1 year old with a full time job I thought I was going to lose my mind and snap. Until All Island SAVED MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, these guys came in like ghostbusters demo'ed, mitigated, and repaired and all the while I didn't have to lift a finger...they dealt with the HO people, the bank, subcontractors even my husband who isn't the easiest person to deal with. I had some issues with permits and they called my HO on MY BEHALF to make sure I was going to be compensated and I didn't have to spend extra money regarding the repairs that were done.

Secondly, the work got done in a timely fashion and it is QUALITY work... and they got the entire job done before receiving any of their checks from the HO insurance. Who even does this?!!? Speaking with other friends who have had similar situations, contractors only work with them as the checks came in. This also saved me money on inspections, the bank charged me $200 for each inspection and since they did ALL the work before the first inspection I only needed ONE. AMAZING.

I told them how hard this situation is on me and my family all the while I am still grieving my mom who passed suddenly and left me with this giant mess. They were even nice enough to pick up the checks at my house so I didn't have to inconvenience childcare and my work schedule. Just lovely humans and coming from me I feel that is immense as stated before been dealing with a lot of not so nice people in this business---you guys just SHINE all around.

Jay the owner was very nice too when I called him in a panic he explained to me how this whole process works and just made it seamless. You have some great people on your team and are WAY above your competitors.

Don't choose anyone else as your contractor especially if you are dealing with a claim. They are organized, professional, put you first and have good communication between all parties.

About a month ago, I came home on a Saturday afternoon to a flooded home after taking my son to practice. A pipe had burst in my upstairs bathroom leaving the majority of the house under water. I immediately called my insurance broker who connected me with AIR. Barry and his crew were at my house within an hour with their economy-size dehumidifiers and dry-vacs to began the clean-up process. I must add that I am a single mom who has never experienced such a catastrophe in my home and was immediately put to ease by Jay, Barry, Tommy and their team of kind, hard-working men. From start to finish, they followed through with every promise, and then some. I felt so comfortable with the crew that I left my keys with them while I worked. Upon returning from work, my house was always cleaner than I left it that morning. They stored all of my items in neatly-labeled and well-packaged boxes. Arturo and his crew did a beautiful job rebuilding and painting my home! I'm simply amazed by their craftsmanship and attention to intricate detail. AIR successfully helped me turn a very stressful situation into a more manageable process with a breathtaking end result!! I would highly recommend AIR to my family, friends and anyone looking to hire a honest, CLEAN, talented and reputable company to complete their restoration process!!

Working with All Island Restoration was an absolute pleasure. After being hit with a nor’easter, a tree came down on both my car and my wife’s car. After dealing with insurance, and being told that no one was available to assist us for another two days, AIR was at our house within an hour of the incident to help us. They were efficient, productive, professional, and immaculate. I highly recommend AIR.

FIVE STARS!! We had a broken pipe in our dining room. Was referred by a co-worker and Jay and Tommy were right on it, came in and got a crew in to get the mess cleaned up and the room dried out. They also did the repairs and were great. Excellent work, nice crew of guys led by Arturo. They showed up on time each day, cleaned up and finished up as planned, on time. The company exceeded my expectations and were very pleasant to work with. Hopefully, I will not have any further incidents like this but I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to others.

I had my kitchen remodeled by All Island Homes last month. From the first time I contacted them, they were very professional. The work was done quickly and neatly as promised. The guys who worked at my home were clean and respectful which was important to me. Not to mention our new kitchen is gorgeous! We’ve gotten nothing but compliments. We couldn’t be happier with All Island Homes.

All Island Homes ripped off my old Roof down to Plywood, Replaced 4 Boards of Rotted Plywood. Cut a New Ridge vent on it. Repaired Flashing and replaced all with new shingles. Work was Done Perfectly. They showed up on time, finished in 1 Day, and cleaned up thoroughly. Other than having a New roof you could not really tell that they were ever there. During Hurricane Sandy, my roof was destroyed by a fallen tree. There was also damage to my siding and window. All Island Homes helped us with the insurance claim which allowed us to replace everything that was damaged. We decided to replace the siding on the rest of the house at the same time and I’m so glad we did. The house looks brand new. My neighbors have all commented on how great the house looks. One of them even had their roof replaced by All Island Homes the following week. Great work. We are very happy.
